How long until she's wearing it?
Every ring is handcrafted to order in Canada. Most are ready within 3–4 weeks from the time your order is confirmed. Need it sooner? Reach out and we'll see what we can do.
Can I actually see the diamond before it's set?
Yes. Our online diamond inventory lets you browse individual stones by size, shape, color and clarity before you commit. You pick the diamond, we set it.
The price says "Setting Only" — what does that mean?
The setting is the ring itself — the metal, the design, the craftsmanship. The diamond is selected separately so you're in full control of your budget. Pick your setting, then choose your stone.
What size should I order?
Not sure of her size? Order what you think is closest — resizing is free and we handle the shipping both ways. Most people are within 1–2 sizes and we take care of the rest.
Why are your diamonds so affordable?
Because we price them that way on purpose. Lab-grown diamonds are not expensive to produce — we sell ours at near-wholesale so your money goes toward the thing that actually takes skill: the craftsmanship. We make our margin on the work, not the stone.
