Let's Talk
We start with a conversation — your budget, your ideas, your vision. No pressure, no commitment. We'll brainstorm together and put together a general quote based on what you're thinking.
Design Deposit & CAD
Once you're ready to move forward, a small $150–200 deposit secures your design. This covers our time and gets the process started. We'll build a detailed CAD rendering of your ring and send it to you for review. Adjustments are welcome — we don't move forward until you love it.
Final Price, Full Build
With your design approved, we give you the final price, collect payment, and get to work. Your ring is handcrafted at our bench in Canada from start to finish. The deposit goes toward your final balance — so nothing is wasted.

How long does a custom order take?
It depends on how long the design process takes — and that's entirely up to you. Once your CAD is approved and payment is collected, most custom pieces are completed within 2–3 weeks. The more decisive you are in the design phase, the faster we get to building.
How does payment work?
It starts with a $200 design deposit to get your CAD created. Once you approve the design, we collect full payment before we begin building. Simple, straightforward, no surprise charges at the end.
Can I use a natural diamond instead of lab-grown?
Absolutely. We work with both lab-grown and natural diamonds depending on your preference and budget. Just let us know what you're looking for and we'll source accordingly.
What gold karat options are available?
We work in 10k, 14k, and 18k gold across white, yellow, and rose, as well as platinum. Our default is 18k gold with a lab-grown diamond — the combination we recommend for quality and value. Just let us know if you'd like to go a different route and we'll build around your preference.
What can actually be custom made?
Pretty much anything. Engagement rings, wedding bands, pendants, earrings, chains, bracelets — if you can imagine it, we can build it. Reach out and let's start the conversation.
