Each Mad Minerals engagement ring is carefully crafted to order, with a production and delivery timeline of approximately 4–6 weeks. Once your piece is ready, it will be shipped via fully insured overnight delivery, and you will receive a notification along with a tracking number as soon as it leaves our studio. All packages require a signature upon delivery to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

We offer a 30-day return policy on non-engraved items. Please note that custom or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. Exchanges are available within 60 days for items of equal value.

Every diamond in our inventory meets a strict minimum of VVS–VS clarity, D–F colour, and excellent cut and symmetry grades. With lab-grown diamonds, dropping below these standards saves you almost nothing — the price difference at the wholesale level we source from is negligible, and it won't translate to meaningful savings for you either. We set this floor so that every stone you're browsing is genuinely top-tier, and you can't accidentally land on a bad pick. If you'd prefer we choose for you, our default recommendation is a VVS2, E colour — the sweet spot where quality peaks before price jumps, with zero visible difference to you or anyone wearing it.

To keep your engagement ring looking its best, regular care is essential. Remove your ring before activities that could expose it to harsh chemicals or impact, such as cleaning, exercising, or swimming. Clean it gently at home using warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush to remove buildup, especially around the setting where dirt can collect. Store your ring separately in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratches, and have it professionally inspected and cleaned at least once a year to ensure the stone remains secure. With consistent care, your ring will maintain its brilliance and beauty for years to come.
