Once your piece is ready, it will be shipped via fully insured overnight delivery, and you will receive a notification along with a tracking number as soon as it leaves our studio. All packages require a signature upon delivery to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

Please note that custom or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. Exchanges are available within 60 days for items of equal value or more.
